## Terms of Engagement

### 2. Scope & Framework Design

Our implementation paths follow a strict playbook system to prevent administrative scope drift. The exact parameters of your system engineering, automated tracking logic, and data sync parameters are locked down during your initial Architecture Audit window before development cycles begin.

### 3. Mutual Collaboration Rules

We work closely with growth-focused businesses that want to get clued up and remain in absolute command of their architecture. To protect our technical runtime cycles and yours, we adhere to responsive communication timelines, prompt deployment milestones, and clean project data handoffs.

### 4. Systems Ownership

Once your infrastructure launch is live and our validation tracks are complete, full ownership and configuration authority over your custom platform workspaces, CRM fields, and data boundaries are handed directly back to your internal management structure.

### 5. Compliance Parameters

All software integrations, human-controlled AI filters, and relational database layers are built to respect relevant global standard parameters. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure their team's data usage rules match local operational guidelines.
